How it works is very simple:

- You will receive rep in the same way whenever someone clicks on content of yours
Great ways to get Rep:
- Make good quality topics that people will find useful
- Replying to topics can also gain rep if people like your comments
- There are also other small areas of the site were rep can be gained if you look!
Why can't i give rep:
- Different groups are only aloud to give so much rep a day
- Why you ask this is to stop users boosting there reputation
